Google Calendar

• What we access: Your calendar events and schedules
• How we use it: To display your calendar within Tent, help you create and manage events, and provide scheduling assistance

Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets

• What we access: Files that you create or open through Tent
• How we use it: To help you create, view, and edit documents and spreadsheets within Tent

How We Handle Your Google Data

• Limited use: We only access data necessary to provide the features you use
• No selling: We never sell your Google data to third parties
• No advertising: We do not use your Google data for advertising purposes
• Secure transmission: All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections
• Minimal storage: We only cache data temporarily to improve performance; your data remains in your Google account

Revoking Access

You can revoke Tent's access to your Google account at any time:

• Find "Tent" in the list of connected apps
• Click "Remove Access"

Upon revocation, we will delete any cached Google data associated with your account.

To request deletion of your data, contact us at paul@heytent.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
